How we work
Four steps, no surprises.
Each stage ends with something concrete for you to approve. We never move on before you have seen what was done.
Intro and scope
A 45-minute call. What you sell, who you sell to, what you expect from this project. At the end we send you the scope and budget in writing.
1 weekStructure and design
Sitemap, copy draft and interface design. You see and approve the screens before any code is written — changes at this stage are free.
2 – 3 weeksDevelopment
The screens become code. Every week you follow progress live on a preview address of your own; there is no surprise handover.
3 – 8 weeksLaunch and handover
Speed, accessibility and SEO checks; then launch. We train your team on the panel and transfer the source code and every account to your name.

Price, process and what comes after
How do you set the price?
Not by page count but by the scope of the work. After the first call we send a written scope with a fixed price. If the scope changes later, we write down the extra time and cost and get your approval — no surprise invoice.
How does payment work?
In instalments tied to milestones, not all up front. Typically a share at kick-off, a share when the design is approved, and the rest at launch. Each instalment is invoiced.
What happens after launch?
Three months of bug fixing is included. Beyond that you can take a maintenance agreement or manage the site yourself — the source code and all accounts are already in your name, so nothing forces you to stay.
We are a small business — are you a fit for us?
Often yes, and sometimes no — we say which in the first call. For a small business a ready system launched in days is frequently the right answer instead of a bespoke build, and we will tell you that rather than sell you the bigger project.
Where are you based — can we meet in person?
We work remotely and deliver projects across Türkiye and abroad. Meetings are usually online, which keeps the calendar tight; for larger projects an in-person kick-off can be arranged.
Someone else built my site — will you take it over?
Sometimes. First we look at the existing code and hosting and tell you honestly whether taking it over or rebuilding costs less. If the base is sound we continue on it; if maintaining it would cost more than a rebuild, we say so.
