It fills outside office hours too
A good share of bookings happen in the evening, when nobody is answering the phone. An always-open calendar captures demand you currently lose without noticing.
Reminders reduce no-shows
An SMS or WhatsApp message the day before, with a one-tap way to move the appointment, turns a silent no-show into a rescheduled slot you can sell again.
Staff and service duration
Each service has its own duration and its own qualified staff, so the calendar never offers a 20-minute slot for a 90-minute treatment or books someone who cannot perform it.
You can take a deposit
For long or expensive appointments, an online prepayment filters out the bookings that were never serious. It is optional per service, not forced on every slot.

Frequently asked about Online Booking System
We have more than one branch.
Per-branch calendars and staff management are supported. The customer picks the branch first, then the service and the person; reports are available per branch and in aggregate.
Are SMS charges included?
The carrier's SMS fee depends on your usage and is billed directly to your own account. If you prefer WhatsApp reminders the cost drops markedly; we handle the setup.
